Filament
Unused, unopened filament can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Opened or used filament is not returnable.
Custom-cut metal and custom jobs
Custom-cut sheet, waterjet parts, and other made-to-order work are not returnable.
Machines and parts
Inspect the Wolverine tumbler, extra drums, and replacement parts when they arrive. If something is damaged or defective, email photos and the order number within 7 days. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Change-of-mind returns on machines and parts are not accepted.
Stock sheet and accessories
Unopened stock items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Opened, cut, or used items are not returnable.
How to return
Email josh@ampedfabrication.com first. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and how to ship it. Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
Return shipping is the buyer’s cost unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival.
